BakersPc is an application for professional bakers and enthusiasts who bake in the professional style. You enter your formulas in the standard baker's percent form, and BakersPc tells you how much of each ingredient to scale out for the batch size you enter. BakersPc makes it easy to see how much flour, water, and yeast you need for the poolish for the batch of baguettes you plan to make tomorrow. BakersPc also helps you select the water temperature you need to get your Desired Dough Temperature (DDT).
Always protect your iPhone when you're using it in the kitchen: just put it in a plastic bag! Amazingly, the bag doesn't interfere with the iPhone's touch screen. A zip-lock sandwich bag works great.
