Welcome to BakersPc! This application will allow you to scale your formulas and compute your DDT (Desired Dough Temperature).
When you launch BakersPc for the first time, you will automatically be taken to the first page of the Formula Scaling component of the application.
You can touch either of the two icons at the bottom of every page to move between the Formula component and the Liquid Temperature component.
To use the Formula component you first need to enter your formulas into BakersPc. You do this by creating one or more Categories such as Breads, Pastries etc., and then entering one or more Formulas into each category. At that point you are ready to scale! The application also handles nested formulas such that you can easily scale sub Formulas as you go. To learn how to do each of these steps, visit the How To section of the website.
The Liquid Temperature component helps you compute the water temperature you need to achieve your DDT based on the percentages and temperatures you enter. To learn how to do this, visit the How To section of the website.
